Welcome to PrimeSpy software products and services! The provider of the PrimeSpy service (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “PrimeSpy”) is committed to safeguarding your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, among others.This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) is intended to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information in the course of providing PrimeSpy products and services.

PrimeSpy customer: refers to the natural person or enterprise user who directly interacts with us and uses PrimeSpy products and services (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “PrimeSpy customer”), including users who register, log in, pay and use the service. If the PrimeSpy client is not a natural person,All statements in this Policy regarding the processing of personal information should be understood as the processing of personal information (if any) of any natural person acting on behalf of PrimeSpy’s customers.

Network User: refers to the natural person (such as the social media account holder) corresponding to the social media public data obtained by us through the official API of the social media platform or the API of a third-party data company.
This policy applies to all PrimeSpy customers, including natural and corporate customers. Before using our products and services, please read this policy carefully, especially the clauses that are bolded or bolded and underlined. For Chinese residents, we act as a personal information processor and process personal information.

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all PrimeSpy products and services that we provide to all PrimeSpy customers through our website or other means. This policy does not apply to services provided by PrimeSpy’s partners or other third parties, which are subject to their respective privacy policies.

We provide you with quick payment and automatic renewal services, that is, you can choose to save your payment information for the next payment, you can also choose to activate the automatic renewal function, then the payment information you choose to save can be used to activate the automatic renewal service and to pay for each subsequent automatic renewal order, specifically, you can check the relevant rules through the quick payment and automatic renewal page and the PrimeSpy automatic renewal agreement.
You understand and agree that by clicking to consent and checking the box to save your payment information and enable quick payment features, you are deemed to have agreed to our collection and storage of your payment information for use in your next transaction. When you click the Agree to activate the auto-renewal service checkbox, you are deemed to agreePrimeSpy Automatic Renewal AgreementAnd accept the relevant automatic renewal service according to the content of the renewal agreement, and authorize AdsPower to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle through your bound account according to the contract.

If you are a U.S. resident, the personal information we collect from you will be securely stored in Singapore. We comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as the CCPA, to ensure that the transfer does not constitute a “sale”.

If you are a resident of the European Union (GDPR applies), you have the following rights. We will respond to your request without undue delay and in any case within 1 month (or 2 months if necessary) after verification of your identity, at no cost (unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive):

As defined by the CCPA, we have “sold” (as defined by the CCPA) the following categories of Personal Information to third parties: Please refer to the “Category of Personal Information” and “Type of Recipient” columns in line 3 under “Sharing of Information” in Article 3 (1) of this Policy. We will not sell the personal information of individuals under the age of 16 without explicit consent.
If you are a resident of China (and the Personal Information Protection Law applies to you), you have the following rights. We will respond to your request in a timely manner after verification of identity:

The PrimeSpy service is primarily intended for adults. Minors shall read this Policy under the guidance of their guardian and use it only upon giving their consent. If it is found that the information of minors has been collected without the consent of the Guardian, we will delete it as soon as possible. 7. Policy update
We may revise this policy as our services are updated and iterated. Material changes (such as new purposes or limitations on rights) will be communicated to PrimeSpy customers via website announcements, pop-up windows, or email notifications. By continuing to use, you agree to the update. We will not restrict the rights of PrimeSpy customers without their consent. For online users, any changes will be announced on the official website.
